Over the last year, I’ve turned disruption into innovation and design, scaling ideas into movements through character-driven platforms, ethical tech, and creative resistance. I have a framework called INNOVATE and we have been proving it over the last few years in our university setting.
I built a chatbot called Mave to help people understand the process and some of my students built a company. It has been quite the journey.Â

A university focused research and learning ecosystem dedicated to ethical, human-centered design to help students do what matters for them. Over 100 student-led projects across sustainability, social justice, and emerging tech — now expanding into public tools and storytelling frameworks.
